Don’t cut the thread, make a slip stitch for front loop of the stitch of 23rd row.

Make a chain of 11 ch.
From the 2nd ch from the hook crochet 2 sc into each stitch.
Skip one stitch of 23rd row and make a sl st into the next stitch.
Also make a chain of 11 ch and from the 2nd ch from the hook crochet
2 sc into each stitch. Similarly, crochet the whole row.
Then, make a sl st for front loop of the stitch of 20th row
and similarly crochet the whole mane.
Fasten off the thread, cut, and hide inside.

I crochet the first and second rows by skipping 1 stitch, in the next rows
I skip 2 stitches, that is, I make a slst in every 3
rd stitch.
Sew the rattle hand to the head so that the decreases are located
on the sides. Stuff the muzzle and sew it between 18th and 24th rows.
Sew the mane to the head. Sew the ears.

Embroider the nose with a brown thread on the muzzle.
Go 3 sc aside from the upper edge of the muzzle and
2 up and embroider the eyes
